eyesore of the month
just passing this on... December 2007 (Warning: this is not a joke)
The winner of the competition for the new National Library of the Czech Republic in Prague.
there's more. http://www.kunstler.com/eyesore_200712.html this seemed so implausible I did further research and this does in fact seem to be an actual proud committee selection.
but really (and truly) they are much more modern over there. maybe we don't yet have the tools to understand.
